First Quarterly Newsletter

I am proud to share with you my first Quarterly Newsletter as a member of the Kinston City Council. Since joining the council last year, I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in numerous efforts to serve and improve the Kinston & Lenoir County community through our local government.
